Clara is a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 300) & facilitator of sacred movement. Originally from New York, Clara landed in Vancouver at the beginning of it's yoga scene with a different flavor of Vinyasa. She has since created her own school, Lila School of Vinyasa Yoga, and leads teacher trainings, retreats and workshops world wide.
